This program has been proven to multiply the time school leaders spend in classrooms monitoring instruction by 500% or more, while simultaneously reducing their work loads by 15-20 hours per week, and demonstrating a corresponding rise in student achievement.  The program teaches principals and administrators how to implement management strategies designed to free them from front office paperwork, and allow them instead to spend the majority of their time monitoring and improving classroom instruction.  In this presentation you will learn how to:  • Maintain a sensible work week by increasing personal productivity and efficiency, • Observe classroom instruction for two full days each week, • Be reenergized in the role of "Instructional Leader", • Employ best practices for utilizing administrative support, • Organize your school community around producing breakthroughs in student achievement.

Please Note:  Due to the change to a one day program, this workshop will be geared toward administrators.  AdministratIve Assistants should not attend.

What Participants Say About The Breakthrough Coach's Program . . .

TBC has been the most powerful formal training I have every received in any leadership institute.  This is my 6th year as a Denver Public Schools Principal and the first that I have actually started the school year off with TIME ON MY HANDSBarbara Cooper, Principal, Hallett Academy, Denver Public Schools, Denver, CO.

TBC's coaching with me, my cabinet and principals helped us stay focused on specific actions that caused real breakthroughs in student achievement.  We learned to focus on the target - Every Student Learning - by becoming more effective Leaders ourselves.  Ken Noonan, California Superintendent of the Year 2002, Oceanside Unified School District, Oceanside, CA

TBC's program provided a leadership structure that increased my time in classrooms to minotor instruction, teachers, and provide essential professional development aligned to the immediate needs of my students and teachers.  As a rresult, our school attained National NCLB Blue Ribbon status and has become a model for inner city schools at closing the achievement gap.  Kathy Greider, Principal, Dwight Elementary, Hartford, CT.
