Leadership in the 21st Century has broadened its scope to address the important realities of generating a school culture that invokes a heightened awareness of improving student achievement. While culture and climate may not be as easily assessed as academic test performance, their value and assessment are critical to student achievement. The presenter and teacher colleagues will provide practical ideas and shared experiences that participants can integrate within their school settings. Establishing and managing relationships, increasing student engagement, developing staff leadership, all support a school climate that allows for systematic change and cultivates a learning environment that accepts and values a commitment toward student achievement.
Program Fees (include morning refreshments, lunch, and materials) Members and Staff from Partner Organizations $115.00 Non-Members/Non Partners $138.00 Add'l Fee for Administrators Academy Credit $ 15.00
