School administrators are charged with the task of serving as instructional leaders and raising student achievement, yet this task often proves elusive as administrators tackle the minefield of legal and political challenges that are faced daily.  Maintaining a current understanding of school law has always been difficult, and the No Child Left Behind Act has accelerated this challenge.  This workshop will provide practical and legal suggestions to school administrators during the 2008-2009 school year.
