THE RESILIENT LEADER

Resilience is the capacity to preserve under conditions of enormous stress and change.  Resilience is important for school leaders and their schools.  According to Adaptive Learning System's President, Dean Beck, "more than education, more than experience, more than training, a person's level of resilience will determine who succeeds and who fails."

This workshop will explore the concept of resiliency as well as strategies to build personal and school-wide resilience.
